The Role
We’re looking for a positive, energetic, and highly motivated sales professional to join our team. If you thrive in building relationships, are passionate about the impact of great learning, and have a strong B2B sales background, we want to hear from you!
In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new business by securing contracts with high-potential new accounts mainly in Software/Tech segments. We’re looking for someone who can effectively communicate Primerli’s unique value to senior decision-makers, and who has the drive, persistence and entrepreneurial spirit to build a strong sales pipeline and close deals.
We’re looking for someone with solid B2B sales experience, ideally selling mid-sized deals ($50-500k) into Enterprise and Mid-Market segments (Fortune 500, Forbes 2000).
Responsibilities
- Sales: Generate new business by identifying and engaging high-potential accounts in the SaaS, Software, and Tech sectors, and fostering lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
- Lead Generation: Conduct in-depth research to develop targeted lists of must-win accounts, and actively prospect senior decision-makers (e.g., VP, Senior Director) through personalized outreach (email, LinkedIn, events).
- Sales Presentations & Client Meetings: Deliver compelling, tailored sales presentations and proposals that highlight Primerli’s unique value and demonstrate how our solutions align with customer needs.
- Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring steady progress toward achieving and exceeding your sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximize opportunities across the sales cycle.
- Full Sales Cycle: Take ownership of the sales process from lead generation to closing, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a smooth handover to the customer success team post-sale.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling mid-sized deals (valued at $50k - $500k) to tech, SaaS, or software companies. Experience targeting senior-level decision-makers (VP, Senior Director) in large, complex organizations (5000+ employees).
- Sales Savvy: A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, successfully managing a diverse pipeline of opportunities, and closing deals with new accounts.
- Excellent Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate Primerli’s value proposition and build rapport with C-level executives, VPs, and other senior stakeholders.

Location & Package
This is a remote, home-based role open to candidates in the US or UK. We offer a competitive compensation package designed to attract top talent.
- OTE up to $250k
- Base Salary Range: $100k - $120k
- Uncapped Commission: Earn significant bonuses (Y1 $100-150k)
- Equity: Opportunity to participate in the growth of Primerli through equity grants
