The Role
This is a truly entrepreneurial role that combines two areas of work: operations and strategic projects. As part of our Business Operations team, 70% of your time will be spent in support activities across Marketing, Sales, Product and Customer Success, with the remaining 30% focused on driving automation and operational efficiencies. This role is best for someone who wants to join an early-stage company to gain hands-on execution experience across different nascent functions. Examples of these activities could include:
- Extract Primer usage information, and analyze results to present during our QBR meetings with a client (Customer Success)
- Develop a new website page to support inbound conversion efforts (Marketing)
- Create our outbound lead-gen strategy for a new sales vertical (Marketing)
- Build a landscape of different potential partnerships (Go-to-market)
- Implement a new process to streamline our primer content production by leveraging AI and/or other technologies (Product)
- Work with the Founding Team to proactively identify and then deliver growth opportunities that will help us realize our mission

While the company is based in California, you will be working remotely with a global team and reporting directly to the Head of Business Operations.

Consulting, investment banking or startup background and relevant experience: 1-2 years
