The role

Primerli is scaling fast - on track for 10x growth in 5 years - and we are evolving our operations to power that growth trajectory. We are looking for a Business Operations (BizOps) Associate who is curious, resourceful, and ready to roll up their sleeves and make things happen. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and are eager to see how an early-stage startup operates from the inside, this role could be a great fit for you.

As a BizOps Associate, you’ll take ownership of key operational workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams - product, sales, marketing, and customer success - to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll have the opportunity to lead and contribute to a variety of initiatives, from workflow automation to customer support to strategic special projects. Your day-to-day activities involve:

  • Execute a range of activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to improve internal workflows (e.g., content creation, expert recruiting, business reporting, quality control, etc.) and drive efficiency
  • Support our enterprise customers by troubleshooting technical issues and delivering timely, thoughtful assistance
  • Maintain and analyze reports and dashboards to track performance and uncover actionable insights
  • Drive the execution of strategic initiatives and special projects that accelerate business growth

While the company is based in California, you will work remotely with a global team and report directly to the Head of Operations.

What we're looking for

Experience & Skills

  • STEM background: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
  • Operations experience: 1-3 years of experience in operations, customer support, or a similar role (consulting or startup experience a plus)
  • Analytical skills: comfort working with data and BI tools to uncover insights (programming skills a plus)

What we’ll offer

  • Compensation: $90k - $120k base salary + up to $10k bonus
  • Benefits: comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off
  • Location: fully remote position open to candidates worldwide (US / UK time zone preferred)
