The role

We are looking for a Business Operations lead with a management consulting background who will play a critical role in shaping the future of the company by building, automating and scaling our operations.

This is an entrepreneurial role that involves a mix of strategy and execution.  You’ll touch all aspects of the business, including product, operations and go-to-market. It will be more suitable for someone looking for a generalist role with exposure to several parts of startup operations. As an example, some of the day-to-day activities will look like this:

  • Building and executing a go-to-market plan for the new verticals that Primerli is expanding to
  • Creating and executing an automated workflow to scale our internal processes such as expert recruitment, client onboarding etc. 
  • Supporting the primer production process, working with project managers, experts and the creative production team around the world
  • Creating an operating model to help scale, monitor and report the performance of internal workflows

While the company is based in California, you will be working remotely with a global team and reporting directly to the founder, who is a former BCG principal with more than eight years of consulting experience across different geographies.

Consulting & education background: At least two years of consulting experience in a leading consulting firm and keen interest in raising the bar in education

Growth mindset: You value personal growth and helping others grow by giving and receiving transparent feedback
