The Role
Primerli has built a library of some of the highest-rated e-learning content out there. Learner feedback is resoundingly positive and our primers consistently rank at the top of any platform they’re launched on. Basically, we have been one of the best-kept secrets in the digital learning space. Now, however, is the time to change that. And this is where you come in.
As we scale, we’re looking for a growth-oriented team member to help us expand our footprint by forging meaningful partnerships that drive value for our clients and growth for Primerli. Your responsibilities will span a mix of strategy and tactics, including:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for partnerships that aligns with Primerli’s growth objectives.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
- Identify, negotiate, and close partnership opportunities that enhance our product offerings and market reach.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of partnerships.
- Represent Primerli at industry events, conferences, and meetings to position us as the go-to partner for world-class learning solutions.
Primerli is an early-stage, high-growth startup, making this role very entrepreneurial and different from your typical corporate job in a few ways:
- Do-it-all mindset: We constantly move between strategy to execution modes. In the last year, Primerli grew 8x, a feat made possible by our hardworking team, who were willing and able to roll up their sleeves and solve whatever problems came their way.
- Dynamic scope: Being an early-stage startup means the responsibilities of a role will change on a daily basis: in 6 months, you’ll be writing your new job description!

While the company is based in California, you will be working remotely with a global team and reporting directly to the CEO.

Experience & Skills
- Consulting experience: A minimum of 2 years of management consulting experience from one of the top consulting firms
- Startup experience: At least one year of experience in a startup or high-growth environment
- GTM experience: Proven track record within a GTM function such as business development, partnerships, or marketing
- Relationship skills: Expertise in identifying, nurturing, and maintaining long-term relationships with enterprise clients, industry leaders, or other senior stakeholders
